Digital verification connects the on-site check, match report and later federation review in one short workflow. A scan becomes a documented process without extra paperwork.
New security feature
A quick scan. Verifiable proof.
The referee creates a personal QR code in refbase. The public link is valid for two minutes and can be opened by the on-site official without signing in.
After scanning, the name, profile photo, licence, group, status and a unique token are shown. The token is recorded in the match report, after which the official confirms actual attendance directly on the opened page.
More security, fewer follow-up questions.Using the documented token, the federation can later verify which referee was confirmed on site.

How pricing is calculated
The sporting structure counts – not the technical label.
An independent league or division with its own participant field and sporting standings. Separate standings, champions, promotion/relegation paths or qualification paths count as separate competitions, even if technically managed under the same name.
A consecutive competition stage within the same competition. Parallel groups count together as one phase only when they serve the same participant field, performance level and common overall standings.
Best-of-3, best-of-5 or best-of-7 counts as one phase regardless of the actual number of matches required.
Multiple parallel regional leagues, preliminary rounds, pools or performance levels cannot be combined as mere phases of a single league. Participant field, sporting level, standings and qualification path are decisive.
An ongoing beach league with fixed season standings is priced like any other adult competition: regular €750, promotional €500.
A related event at one venue and date. Qualification, main competition, women and men are not billed separately.
An existing league or federation customer does not pay a second organisation base licence for an additional tournament series.

The result is based on club feedback and is designed to create a fair overall picture: frequency of ratings, feedback from home and away teams, and responses from winners and losers are weighted accordingly.

Promotional terms: Contract concluded by 30 June 2028. The respective promotional price applies for the first three contract years. Afterwards, billing switches to the regular list price then in effect.
